Police swarmed on the Napier suburb yesterday at about 1pm after the public altercation near the suburb's CBD. It's understood witnesses heard gunshots near the shopping centre's McDonald's restaurant, with one saying golf clubs were also invovled. A witness who saw the incident unravel along with his friend said it was "completely crazy to see happen".
